Okayama "Kabishin" Special Junmai
I bought a bottle at the store, attracted by the introduction of "light sweet"!
The aroma is strong, slightly sour and fruity. It tastes like apples or sweet and sour fruits.
But it tastes sweet, perhaps because it is a special junmai, and it is easy to drink with little acidity or numbness.
It went well with light tofu and squid sashimi, but it also went well with chutoro (medium fatty tuna) and gyoza (Chinese dumplings), so it might go well with a variety of rich foods as well.
It is the type of wine that can be drunk in large gulps - delicious!
