This is the rice 100 bales recommended by the Aibaya liquor store mentioned in the recommendation comment of the advertisement in "Nobee Yokocho".
This liquor store carries a variety of brands (including Tsuru no Tomo!). The comments on their website have a lot of flavor.
I was curious because I read that the pure rice wine of Yone Hyakubawara is best when served lukewarm with salted squid, so I got it at the NESPAS Niigata Pavilion in Omotesando.
At room temperature, the flavor is hidden, but lukewarmed, the flavor is simple, nourishing, and full of flavor.
It is a good evening sake that can be drunk in a relaxed manner.

Good evening, Mr. Hiratcho!
I've been looking for a sake warming machine.
You have a wonderful machine!
It's perfect for this time of year.

Good evening, Mr. Deer God.
I introduced "Nobe Yokocho" at the right time.
It's not very elegant, but it's simple for one person, quite convenient, and it's in operation almost every day. It's cold again tonight, so I'll have some warmed sake when I get home 👍₋♨️.
