I'm drinking a Bodhi Hashiro Kaze no Mori that's been on my mind for a while! I plan to pair it with sukiyaki today.
The aroma is typical of Kaze no Mori.
The aroma is very nice with a hint of sourness! The taste is sour and sweet at first, but slowly fades away with a dry bitterness. Personally, my image of Bodai yeast is sweet, but I am not sure. If I say that it is a little sweeter than usual, it seems that way. The overall perfection is high, and it's damn tasty! This is a buy. I always thought I might want a little more sweetness, so I am just fine with it. I'm really thankful for good sake! It would go great with sukiyaki!
