I bought it in secret at my favorite liquor store.
It was the first sake I had ever tasted that was a kijoshu and directly brewed.
The aroma is a bit sour like vinegar, but the taste is sweet and delicious with a fruitiness like apples.
It gives the impression of white wine or sweet cider, but as the label description says, it tastes like yogurt and is exquisitely sweet and easy to drink.
As one would expect from Niimasa...!
