This sake is brewed with the image of the sea mist that occurs in the sea from summer to autumn and the feeling of bubbles bursting forth. The concept of this sake is "brewing sake that expresses the sea" based on the phrase, "Sake brewing is made with the heart and nurtured by the wind.
As the bottle opener warns, "Please chill the bottle well and open the bottle slowly without shaking it, as the cork may fly out.
The bubbles are maximal for a sparkling type with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Juicy, muscat and citrus pingleful fruit aroma, Yamadanishiki flavor, but with a holo-bitter, dry finish that is refreshing and clean. The bubbles and light cloudiness on the tongue go great together.
I think I'm going to get into sake with bubbles.
