The year 2023 opened with "Isoboast". I bought it on a trip to Shizuoka Prefecture at the end of the year from a distributor. I kept it as a New Year's sake. Unlike the Honjozo sake I had drunk before, I was impressed by its sharpness and sharpness. The sharpness of the sake, coupled with the clean mouthfeel, made the sake go down a treat. My son's wife and I drank about 5 gou of sake together. When we came to, about half of the bottle was gone. 😅🍶 I tried drinking it lukewarm. The taste changed completely. It has a fuller taste and I feel like I have seen a new side of it. Still, it is delicious!
