I bought Tasake last fall.
It was not used very often and had been sitting in the refrigerator for a long time, but the other day my child and I enjoyed it together.
It has a fruity taste reminiscent of muscat, a beautiful and full rice flavor, a good balance of sweetness and bitterness, and a refreshing aftertaste.
We enjoyed it with Japanese dishes.
