Mimurosugi木桶菩提酛 露葉風
カチカチ山
I visited Imanishi Sake Brewery and was fascinated by the explanation given by the clerk.
The aroma was not so noticeable before drinking, but when I sipped it, I was surprised by the taste, which was a harmony of subtle gasiness, fruity flavor, and bitterness derived from the wooden vat.
It goes down the throat refreshingly, and the lingering aroma is irresistible.
I felt it tasted even better when drunk before or after a meal.
