It is sweet, sour, mellow, and very tasty.
To my taste, when I first opened it, it reminded me of Senkou's Naturals and Shinsei's Hinotori.
In other words, I really like it.
After letting it sit for a couple of days, the lactic acidity popped up and added a sweet and sour taste.
This is also delicious.
I drank four bottles of this series, and I liked them in the following order: spring, winter, summer, and autumn.
