Clean, light yet round with enough depth! Not overly fruity either and just perfect. Do I see very small bubbles too!? Excellent on its own. With sushi though the aftertaste kind of falls off sharply to a strange bitterness. I’m not experienced enough to know why definitely keen to learn more as I go! All in all, a very good time 🍶
