Toyama Sake
Haneya Kazumizusake Nama Sake
I had been curious about Haneya for a while, and when I found out that it was sold in my neighborhood, I immediately bought it. I bought a bottle of Kasumizake, a spring sake, which happened to be left over.
The aroma is gorgeous. In the mouth, there is not much sweetness, but you can taste the umami of the rice. After that, the taste of rice is cut off nicely. This sharpness seems to go well with anything as a food sake.
It is a gorgeous and refreshing sake.
