This sake is made from rice grown in Nouza, Yabu City, which is designated as a National Strategic Special Zone.
I came home from Sanin and Yamaguchi. I was tired.
On the way to Tottori, I bought this sake at Yamadaya, a sake shop in Yabu City, Hyogo Prefecture.
I was curious about this store because of the sake trivia posted on Instagram (yamada8sake). The person in charge of the installer was off duty, but the owner was kind and knowledgeable. It was a great local sake store with a selection of Tajima sake and Ryu-ryoku.
