I ordered a sweet sake to change my mind from the gut punch of Daijiro's Namamoto Zukuri. ＋It was described as a +5 dry sake, but I was told that it felt sweet, so I tried it. As soon as I put it in my mouth, a sweet aroma spreads and I wonder if it is dry. I thought so. However, the aftertaste is dry, and it remains firmly, and the original dry taste lover is convinced. Strange feeling👍Thanks to the shop that always let me drink a variety of interesting sake.
