I specified it as a souvenir from my wife's trip to Shiga and asked her to buy it for me. There is a local hot spring with the same name, so I had the motive of wanting to shoot in front of it ^^^ It has a rich umakuchi taste and a sake degree of +1, but the aftertaste is also dry ... .
