On Friday, September 5, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., I stopped by on my way home from work.
The event started at Yoshinoyu. The brewer himself asked me which sake I would like. I was surprised to hear the brewer himself say, "Which one would you like?
Slightly dry, with a nice sharp taste.
