Today is the Beaujolais Nouveau ban, and I thought to myself, "I see...wine is on the rise...and my Bojos are not to be outdone..." and I opened the bottle! Hi! Mother's love! Pop! 😙🍶💕💕 If you find a cup with this name before Beaujolais Nouveau, you have to buy it, right? I want to praise, praise myself for sitting still and waiting until the ban was lifted without opening it, or maybe not that much. It looks very amber. The aroma when you open it is 🤔? Slightly glue-like? Not quite cemedine? I guess it's somewhere around the same level as cemedine? I started with a cold sake, and although it is soft on the palate, it has quite a bit of acidity. It seems to be nostalgic? Would it be better if it were warmed up? When heated, the umami comes out a little bit, but the acidity is still there. It has a little bit of a strong flavor, but it's still a good cost-per-serving sake. I think it's for people who like the old-fashioned kind. Thank you for the food 😙🍶💕💕.

Good evening, Nemuta... I thought it was a new sake against Beaujolais, but there is a sake named Beaujolais Nouveau 😆 I don't remember drinking Beaujolais Nouveau for many years now 😂.

Manachie Thank you for your comment ♡♡I feel the joy of new wine once a year, or rather, it's a joy every day like the song says 😙🍶♪ I'm not a Beaujolais person at all!

Also, at a roadside station called "Yamato" (there seems to be a sake brewery nearby), they sell Hahjo. (There seems to be a sake brewery nearby.) The store at a nearby hot spring facility also sells Hahjo, so it is recommended to take a bath and drink some sake. If you ever drive nearby, please visit ♨️.
