The following is a summary of my visit to Hasegawa Sake Shop one day.
I usually can't afford Isojiman because of its price, but since I had the opportunity, I decided to try it.
Let's get to it! The aroma is not sweet, but it is gorgeous, lush, and refreshing. The water seems a little hard, but I wonder if the Oigawa River has a high mineral content.
The taste is slightly sweet, like apricot bean curd, and the sharpness is very effective. However, the taste is refined, coherent, and calm, so it was a bottle where the full depth of flavor of the brewing water could be fully appreciated. It was a relaxing drink.
