Sake no Sato asked Miyabi Kaneme if he could make a batch of sake for export to Hong Kong at a more affordable price based on the 2020 DATE SEVEN. We are very grateful that Miyabi Sake Brewery is willing to make this batch of sake for us.
The production method, yeast, and rice are the same as the 2020 DATE SEVEN, but the price has been reduced by increasing the percentage of refined rice from 29% to 33%.
This is a limited edition product in Hong Kong and is not available in Japan.
