This sake was bought in Tokushima by the proprietress who had recently purchased Matsuyama Mitsui from Asahi Wakamatsu at the brewery 🍶.

I don't think I can detect much of an upfront aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild acidity, a moderate sweetness and umami.
And there are hints of alcohol and acidity.
We sake drinkers are like, "If you are the same fool, you must drink it or you will lose it.
It was delicious✨.
