Kurobe Gorge Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi
About 20 kinds of Toyama's local sake! We went to the "Aubade Sake BAR" at the "Aubade Hall, Naka Hall".
A glass of sake made by a glass artist in Toyama is 200 yen per glass.
I asked for a sanshoraku to start with, but they said it was sold out! But they said it was sold out.
So I decided to go with Hayashi Sake Brewery.
It's clear and refreshing. Delicious as always 😋.
The glass in the foreground of the photo is the one we received.
We were lucky because it was a sub-event of Toyama Glass Studio.
