I know that Kinmonniki is my favorite sake rice.
And it's Genmai!

Following on from the last bottle of Omachi
It is rich and umami like Genmai 🐴, but more refreshing than Omachi.
But it is more refreshing and balanced than Omachi.
It has a good balance.
I really like it!
