Nose:
The nose is mild and full.
Yellow apple, apricot, smoked cheese, steamed rice, sweet sake and white sesame seeds.
Taste:
The attack is slightly strong with a mild sweetness. The palate has a round acidity and a delicious bitterness. Medium-full bodied and fleshy. The finish is rather short.
Impressions :
The palate is thick and rich with plump aromas of fruit, cheese and rice.
Temperature Range:
A rich sweetness followed by a tightening bitterness. Room temperature is recommended.
