My favorite delivery store had been out of business for a while, and I was worried, but it reopened! So I ordered it right away.
First of all, a cup of grilled mullet milt is the best 😁.
The star of the evening was Yokoyama. I was prepared for the name "super-harsh," but it is a delicious sake that is slightly dry and refreshing. It has a complex flavor with a fruity start, crisp and dry, and a touch of bitterness. It is light with a hint of sweetness. Perfect as a food sake 😊.
