Royski
I got this on Okunoshima after wandering and feeding wonderful rabbits among dark ruins. This feels special since Okunoshima was the first destination in Japan I know I wanted to go.
I find this sake a bright sweetness that swiftly falling off to a soft dryness. I doesn't leave any sharp or tangy after taste. Medium acidity and a light body. A fantastic sake to sit back and enjoy sip after sip.
