I drank a Junmai Ginjo-Unfiltered Nama of Suitama first, and it was very similar.
This is a once-fired sake, but compared to Suitama, it has a slightly more subdued heady aroma, hints of fragrance, and sweetness.
I would like to try Omachi and Sake Mirai's drafts, but I have a problem with space in my fridge, so I hope they will be available in four-pack bottles.
