An elegant sake brewed with Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture. This sake is made with an awareness of a light aftertaste without too much rice flavor volume. Compared to the unfiltered draft, this fire-brewed version has a well-balanced lingering finish without much of a sour backbone. It can be served with a wide range of foods.
