It's been a long time since I had a Toyo Bijin.
There is not much aroma and it is clear and refreshing.
The acidity is less than I expected.
The lingering sweetness is distracting.
It's been a few years since I've had a Toyo Bijin, so I can't say for sure until I try some of the others.
It was very different from the impression I had in my memory.
