Junmai Ginjo sake with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. According to my research, the brewery was founded in 1920, and the current main brand name, Hyakujuro, was invented in March 2012 by the fifth generation brewer, Sato Eiko Hayashi, and is a limited distribution brand for local sake specialty stores. I had heard about this sake in a magazine and was curious about it. The label is very stylish. It has a big impact! What is the "G" in "G-mid" this time? The "G" in Gifu Prefecture G" for the rice used, Gifu Hatsushimo G" for G-yeast, Gifu's original yeast And "G" for the image color, Green. The "mid" means that the brewery is located in the middle of Japan. The aroma is neither strong nor weak, with an elegant fresh ginjo aroma. The first sensation when you drink it is that of a refreshing dry sake. The aftertaste has a strong acidic apple taste. It's a great sake for sipping. How much you like it (self-rated) ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆
