Purchased as a set with the Watership version.
The aroma is pineapple-like and gorgeous. When you drink it, the flavor is as clear as the aroma, but my personal impression is that it is a little too clear. Was it made in consideration of the summer season, or was it intended to be served with food?
As the temperature rises, it loses its sharpness and the sweetness comes out, and it might have been better if it were warmed up.
I preferred the current Hououmida brand, but there is something romantic about being able to go back in time and taste sake from a bygone era.
I like the label, but the cosmetics from a price point of view is a bit negative.
