The other day, I was fascinated by the "Yamamoto Strawberry Red" and immediately tried the Midnight Blue.
Putting aside my suspicion of bias, I still felt the performance was high!
As stated in the description, the sharpness of the blade struck me in the latter half of the day, and it seems to be best suited for sashimi.
Personally, I prefer the Strawberry Red, but just thinking about the fun of choosing the right one for the day's snack brings a smile to my face.
