When I stopped by the Shimonoseki Sake Brewery on a trip to Yamaguchi, I opened a bottle I had purchased for the New Year's holiday. If it is the first time to drink Pon Sake, you want to bring good luck.
It is a refreshing daiginjo-style sake that goes well with all kinds of snacks. The adorable "Noon" label is also very New Year's friendly.
