This extremely popular super-harsh ginjo-shu is sold only at a limited number of about 50 specially contracted sake stores nationwide. This azuki colored labeled product is commonly known as "Aka-bakuren" and is the first "bakuren" and the original standard from which the "bakuren series" was created.
It was originally created during the development process of "Kudokibe Dry Jungin" and was not specifically intended for commercialization, but as soon as it was released to the public, it quickly became the talk of the town among local sake fans and became a huge hit.
