At an eel restaurant Marriage of eel and sake (No.2). I am not sure which kind of Otters it is. I had an impression that Ottersai has a fruity ginjo aroma, but the one I had this time was impressive for its clean and crisp taste. The sweetness and fat of the eel sauce was washed away, while the light and delicious taste did not end there. I was immersed in a luxurious and happy feeling.
