The first time I drank it, the ori was still in the bottle, then I mixed it.
The aroma is gorgeous and the flavor is good enough even without mixing. The more you mix it, the more the flavor increases and you can feel a slight sourness, which is also delicious.
I also like the warmth of the handwritten label. Nowadays, they use photocopies, but in the past, they used to write each label one by one... It may have been possible because the brewery was small and there were only a few shipments, but it must have been hard work.
As a general rule of thumb, if the sake level is positive, it is said to be dry, but this sake is definitely spicy, but it also has a sweetness. Everyone's sense of taste is different, which is why I don't like to use the term "dry" or "sweet.
