I ordered a bottle of Raku-no-se, which I have never had before, because I always drink Raku-no-se to finish off my meal at this restaurant.
The initial aroma was a little subdued, with a sweet and sour flavor.
In the mouth, instead of the usual richness, sweetness, and sourness, there was a bit of bitterness...
It's like the richness, sweetness, and sourness are hidden behind the bitterness, but it's not very good.
I wonder if this is the wrong lot?
I would like to try it again another time to see.
