During a trip to Otaru, I tasted it during a visit to Tanaka Sake Brewery.
I immediately decided that this was the one I had to bring home.
It is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe that it is 17 degrees Celsius,
The rice flavor is strong, but the aftertaste is light and fluffy.
There is no "pressure of high alcohol", but rather elegant and smooth (-ᴗ-)✨.
Not only for the tension of the trip, but also after returning home.
