Smooth mouthfeel, with a heavy, robust rice flavor and soft sweetness that finishes with sourness and a caramel-like bitterness.
When heated warm, the gravity fades somewhat and the overall flavor becomes mellower.
Personally, I definitely recommend heating it up.
