My favorite sake from Yamagata, my favorite Eikoh Fuji. The future of sake must be delicious, right?
We opened the bottle with high expectations.
It is clear in color and has a sweet aroma.
The sweetness spreads to the entire mouth with full force. It's completely gorgeous, but it's not too sweet, and it's followed by a good amount of bitterness. The bitterness finishes off the pleasant aftertaste, so you can continue drinking.
It's a great bottle that can compete on its own.
I will enjoy it slowly😋.
