Silver Lining 2025" is a limited edition sake brewed to the highest specifications, made by polishing So no Mai to 29%.
The moment it is poured into the glass, it has a rich fruity aroma, a slight gasiness and fruity flavor on the palate, and a fresh, mineral aftertaste that reminds one of the Kujukuri Coast. A wonderful gem.
