Summer Bourru, nigori sake. When it is uncorked, it has a very sweet pineapple-like aroma. (Holy crap!)
The exquisite sweetness and subtle acidity make it easy to drink.
I thought the sweetness might make it too strong for a food wine, but it's not that bad. It is so refreshing that it doesn't linger....
