Cold sake
Straightforward rice aroma. Warmth is felt in the aroma.
Drink. Salatul. It is refreshing but has a strong alcohol feeling. Because it is from Yamanashi, it has a sweet taste of grape barrels. Astringency of tannin when swallowed. The back of the tooth is rough.
40°C
The night is quiet and deep. Snowy landscape around.
I drink it. It enters lightly and softly. Immediately after, the bitterness and the richness are quite strong. Numbness on the tongue. Heavy as if boiled down. As you swallow, heavy like a high alcohol hot wine, tannins are astringent.
50℃.
Iron smell. Railroad rails after the rain
Drink. Slowly. Soon it mellows out. Sweetness, astringency, tannin and richness as the alcohol intoxicates the nostrils. As I swallowed, I felt the richness of the egg yolk
65°C.
Cold snow. Why the faint huckleberry feeling?
Drink. It is square and hard. If there were charcoal made from persimmon trees, it would smell like this. Gentle fragrance. Richness with acidity. It is halfway between refreshing and sticky. It feels as if they are separated instead of harmonized. When you swallow it, the sourness and the new metallic nuance go through the nose.
This is the first time I felt tannin in sake. Is it because it is a sake from Yamanashi?
I think the appearance temperature of the aroma is high.
The image is 90% sake and 10% white wine.
I'd like to say I won't repeat it, but I've already bought two other kinds. Well, what do you think?
