SHINKAI SPARKLING NABEKANMURAI CHOJO
The illustration on the label reminds me of a Showa-era anime.
I had always been curious about it, and since it was a Kamikai sake, I bought it immediately.
I was told it would definitely spurt, but I won't let it spurt while my eyes are black 👀.
But it took me a bit of time to open the bottle because it's hard to see the bubbles in the blue bottle 😅...
I'll have it cold.
When I poured it into the glass, there were quite a lot of bubbles on it. The color is a milky white color from the automatic stirring.
The top aroma is a mixture of grapefruit and mint.
The mouthfeel is slightly effervescent.
The first impression on the palate is sweet and sour.
The sweetness and sourness are well-balanced and evenly matched.
It is a low-alcohol, petit-swirl grapefruit drink.
But I can properly taste the rice flavor as well.
I can also taste a little bitterness, but it doesn't bother me at all.
And the aftertaste is long and sweet and sour.
It's kind of delicious.
Every time I drink this 💘, it hits me right in the heart!
I'm becoming quite a fan 🥰.

Good morning Nemuchi 😊
They are the three sisters of Nabekanmuri 😁.
I'm curious about them but I've never bought a small bottle because I'd run out of drinkable parts if I spewed it 🤣.

bouken, good evening 🌛I would like to comp the three sisters 😆The opening was a crown with a hole in it and it didn't spurt at all 😁The Kiku yeast of Kamikai was delicious, so I will try the mizu yeast as well 🙋🏻
