Sogapelle Efistrois No.3
Nose White wine with a hint of sweetness
Nose: Sweetness in between acidity and pungency. It ends with a bitter taste.
Good!
The yeast ferments strongly and dryly even in soft water. It is truly "dry and nectar".
My impression of the Trois is that it is colorless and clear. It is refreshing but spicy dry. It has a good balance of bitterness and sharp acidity.
