マグロ漁船
Purchased in Shiga Prefecture for Valentine's sake.
I have had white, black, blue, and gold Laughing Shiki, but the black one seems to suit my taste the best, so I bought it for the first time in a while.
The aroma is a little sweet.
In the mouth, it has a firm umami and sweetness, followed by a sourness.
The aroma has a fruity, muscat-like flavor, but I think there is also a caramel-like flavor.
In the latter half, a slight bitterness is felt.
All in all, a sake that can be drunk slowly with ripe fruitiness and a bitter aftertaste.
With a rice polishing ratio of 50%, is it a Junmai Daiginjo spec?
Cosmetically, it is very good.
I felt that the flavor would be more cohesive 2 to 3 days after opening the bottle.
