Recently, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) announced the "Guidelines for Healthy Drinking of Alcohol." According to the guidelines, the appropriate amount of sake to drink is about one cup of sake at 15 degrees alcohol by volume. In order to enjoy sake while taking care of your body Be sure to drink an equivalent amount of temperate water. I would like to make this a habit in order to enjoy sake in a healthy way.  The sake is clear, dry, and has a gorgeous aroma. You can also taste the umami of the rice. When heated, the flavor increases and lingers in the mouth. I thought again that it is better to enjoy junmai sake cold or warmed up ^_^.
