My choice for the Mimuro cedar was
Yamagata Masamune Inazo.
When I was hesitating at the liquor store, I saw a POP of "Proprietress's Recommendation" and decided on it.
POP" caught my eye and I decided on it.
Inazou" is made from rice grown in-house based on the concept of "making delicious sake from the rice we grow ourselves.
I was excited even before drinking it.
We had it with sashimi, of course, but also with mackerel sushi and octopus with vinegared miso,
This sake was also easy to drink and very tasty.
