Ryohei
We were able to get sparklers again this year.
Kai-san said it was positioned as an autumn sake, and I see what he meant.
Rather than a cool and refreshing sake, it is a sake to be enjoyed calmly.
It is an assemblage sake, with a citrusy fruity taste that is typical of Senkou, but also somewhat cohesive.
Autumn sakes served at the end of the brewery year tend to have a more subdued taste, and this sake can be enjoyed in the lingering summer heat while reminiscing about the summer months.
Of all the SENKYO sakes I have tasted this year, this one had the most cohesive and calm SENKYO style flavor.
Thank you very much.
