It was in a local sake set that I bought in Niigata a few years ago.
It has been a long time since I bought it, but I enjoyed it.
I had just bought some Echizen crabs in Fukui, so I made the last sake with them, which was very tasty, although it had a bit of an alcoholic tang to it. The crab itself was also very tasty, as one would expect from a crab with a tag.
It is good to eat up the crabmeat, and to sear the crab with a little of the miso still on the shell, so that the water drains off.
I'm talking about the crab, not the brand.
