Working in a high-rise building today. A different building from yesterday. Nice weather and beautiful Tokyo Tower 🗼.
I went home from Tokyo. I went to an interesting restaurant in Ikebukuro.
Kaku-uchi style?
There were Matsuo and Togakushi, so I compared them.
Matsuo is hi-iru and Togakushi is draft, so I started with Matsuo.
Matsuo has a nice sweetness and umami of rice, while Togakushi has a refreshing sourness. The slight sourness gives it a refreshing taste. It is best on a steaming night. It could also go well as a food sake.
It was delicious!
