Fujimura's Nigori Sake" in Nagano Prefecture Chikumagawa River Chikuma River, the waves of which are choppy on the shore, rise at an inn. I drink the nigori-zake, which is made of fermented rice wine. I will be in the grass pillow for a while. It is said that this sake is named after a passage in the famous work "Chikuma River Traveling Songs" by Toson Shimazaki, a great writer. It has a moderate acidity, sweetness, and a smooth taste. It was an easy-to-drink nigori sake with a clean aftertaste ^ - ^.
